Found it hard to fault really. It has one of the nicest views you will see in Italy. It is very well put together and is beautifully designed in terms of decor. It is obviously family run which brings its own unique spin to it and the food is rather tasty too. Well worth a visit. Try the mussels!
Amazing place with an amazing view The price is verry good for the portion/quality Staff is friendly We went in may so we didnt need a reservation 10/10 :)
We had a great meal at a very reasonable price. Mixed seafood starter was excellent. Also the main courses, including highly seasoned grilled sea pike. The restaurant was quiet due to poor weather. Lovely beachfront location. Restaurant appears a bit scruffy but food very good. Recommended.

This modest restaurant right on the beautiful beach of Santa Maria was one of our favourite spots in our trip to Calabria. The food was delicious - particularly the beautifully cooked octopus and creamed potato. We went for lunch both times, and the atmosphere was laid back, no fuss. Maybe language barrier is a cause for some of the negative feedback - but this is hardly unusual in Calabria, learn some Italian or just be patient! Would recommend! Grazie mille Da Barbone!- Cibo

Amazing place , you can see a sunset and listed for the sea while eating dinner, good prices for quality of food.. Very worm, and welcome staff, run by family, recommend best freshest fish I ever ate ... Highly recommended!! 😊
